Overview
Current Design IQ helps organizations innovate, adapt, and grow by keeping people at the center of every automation decision. The technology is rarely the hard part. The hard part is building something people are actually willing to use. No two teams work the same way, so no two solutions should either.
Our approach is design thinking applied to intelligent automation. We start with the people doing the work: where they get stuck, the workarounds they've quietly built, what they genuinely care about. That tells us the real problem, which is usually different from the feature someone asked for. We explore a few directions before committing to one, build a small prototype so you can see it working before you invest, then design around the thing that decides everything: whether people adopt it.
We design from psychology, not preference. Our Brand DNA discovery tool is a good example. It's a research-backed exercise that shows how your people respond to design, and how your customers do, before any decision gets locked in.
Because if no one uses it, it didn't work.
Use Cases
Higher adoption. Solutions built around real workflows get used instead of shelved.
Faster results. Prototypes surface problems in days or weeks, well before a major build.
Less rework. Naming the real problem up front avoids the most expensive mistake: solving the wrong one.
Change that sticks. People adopt tools that don't make them think.
Brand DNA discovery. A research-backed exercise that reveals how people respond to design before the big decisions get made.
