The NPI Registry Connector automatically enriches HubSpot contacts and companies with official NPI Registry data.

Instead of manually searching for provider information, the connector retrieves verified NPI data and populates it directly into your HubSpot records. This helps healthcare organizations improve CRM accuracy and automate enrichment through HubSpot properties, forms, and workflows.

What It Does

Automatic NPI Data Enrichment

Populate HubSpot records with verified provider and organization data from the NPI Registry.

Enriched fields may include:

NPI Number
Provider Name
Organization Name
Practice Address
Taxonomy / Specialty
Enumeration Type
Registry Status

All NPI fields are stored in a dedicated property group created during installation.

Workflow & Form Automation

The connector runs when the NPI Run Check property is set to Yes.

Search logic:

Contacts: First Name, Last Name, and Postal Code
Companies: Company Name and Postal Code
If an NPI Number already exists on the record, it is used directly
