Subprocessors
Third-party service providers used to support AppoByte applications.
Overview
AppoByte applications rely on a small number of trusted third-party service providers to support infrastructure hosting, communications, and certain application features.
When these providers process customer data as part of delivering their services, they act as subprocessors on behalf of AppoByte. Subprocessors are required to maintain security controls appropriate to the services they provide and operate under contractual data protection obligations.
Because the AppoByte Trust Center covers multiple applications, not every subprocessor is used by every application.
Core Platform Subprocessors
These providers support the core infrastructure used by AppoByte applications.

Supabase operates on AWS infrastructure and provides the managed PostgreSQL database services, authentication systems, and storage services used by AppoByte applications.
Application-Specific Subprocessors
Some AppoByte applications rely on additional service providers depending on the functionality provided by the product.
These providers may process limited data required to deliver specific application features.

These services are used only where required by the functionality of a specific application.
Infrastructure and Performance Services
Certain infrastructure providers are used to support performance, network protection, and application delivery.

These providers support the delivery and performance of AppoByte applications but may not process customer application data directly.
Subprocessor Review
Subprocessors are evaluated as part of AppoByte's vendor security review process. Vendors that process customer data are required to maintain appropriate security practices and contractual data protection commitments.
Subprocessor Changes
AppoByte may update its list of subprocessors as infrastructure providers or application features evolve.
When new subprocessors that process customer data are introduced:
- This page will be updated
- Contractual data protection protections will be applied
- Customers may be notified in accordance with applicable agreements
